September 11, 2001.

On September 11, 2001 the college lost

Yan Zhu Cindy Guan '99

James Kelly '83.

To commemorate their passing the Senior Class of 2002 and the Roemer Arboretum have joined together to create this memorial. The four large stones represent each of the alums named above. The bench, between the stones, faces toward the western sky and the Genesee Valley. It is a quiet spot that, with the strength of stone, will endure.
